Food Truck Friday: The Rolling Brick

We’re excited to welcome our first food truck of the year: The Rolling Brick

This truck serves up delicious brick oven pizza, including gluten free!

Here’s their menu. The only item they wont have is Ruben’s Reuben. (Sorry all you lovers of Reuben flavored pizza.)

They’ll be ready to serve at 5pm Friday, rain or shine.

We tell all our food trucks to come prepared for a Glenwood onslaught. But sometimes they underestimate how hungry we are. So get here early to make sure you get your choice. They’ll stay until they run out of food, or 8pm whichever comes first.
