Guest Passes are here!

This year we’re introducing a new system for guest passes.  It went live this afternoon.

Guest passes are now “virtual”.  No more worrying about whether you have your guest pass book.  No more fumbling in your purse when you get to the pool.

You can think of it as a debit system similar to your kid’s meal plan at school, or the fare card system on the metro.

Here’s how it works:

You can pre-buy guest passes through your account at “members.glenwoodpool.net“.  When you login you’ll see a new item between your address and your dues.  It’ll show the amount of unused guest passes in your account, and a link to buy more.

Click the link and select how many you want; a payment form will pop up where you can enter your credit card.

When you get to the pool simply tell the guard at the frontdesk how many guests you want to bring in, and they’ll redeem them from your account.

If you don’t have enough passes to cover your guests, you can purchase them then and there.  The guard will swipe your credit card, or you can give them a check.  A receipt will be sent to the email address on record. (There is no credit card fee for purchasing guest passes).

You don’t have to pre-purchase your passes, although we encourage you to do so to avoid delays at the front desk.  You can purchase them as you go, either at the front desk, or in the managers office.

Guest passes do not expire.  You bought em, you get to use em when you want.

We hope this new system will prove to be more quicker and more efficient than previous systems.  If you have any feedback, please send an email to “webmaster@glenwoodpool.org“.

We do encourage you to limit guests to 3 per day.
