Invoices for the 2013 pool season went out this week. You may have received yours by now, or will shortly.
You can handle any adjustments on it in one of two ways:
First, you can go to your member page at http://members.glenwoodpool.net ( you log in with the email address on file, most likely the one you used last year). There you can add or remove family members, adjust the information on your account, update phone numbers etc. Your dues will be reflected at the top of the screen. You can either pay by credit card through the site, or you can send your invoice in with a check. The address is on the site and on the invoice.
Second, just make changes directly to the invoice and return it with your check. If you add or remove family members, you can see the amount you will need to pay here: https://www.glenwoodpool.org/membership/dues/
If you don’t receive your invoice by next week, no worries, you don’t really need it, just sign in to the “members.glenwoodpool.net” web site. It’s actually easier! (Of course you can contact us if you’d rather have the real paper thing, and we’ll send another out to you).
Your payment should be in by May 1st, after which we may have to charge a late fee.
